Jacqueline Oliver received her BFA in Illustration with a minor in Creative Writing from the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore, Maryland. After graduation she travelled as a freelance muralist before working as a full-time display artist for Anthropologie in Tampa, FL and Asheville, NC, building sculptural installations, fixtures, and window displays.
Jacqueline’s art is inspired by the natural world, depicted with a playful sense of wonder and appreciation for the intricacies of life. From expansive murals to delicate papercuts and ink drawings, her work is recognized by its distinctive linework and hidden narrative details.
Jacqueline lives in Asheville, North Carolina with her husband and two daughters and is the co-owner of Foundation Woodworks, a woodshop and art gallery in Asheville’s River Arts District.
